About Little Asia

Little Asia is a family owned and operated vegetarian & vegan restaurant in Dundas ON. We’re serving up delicious Asian comfort food from rich curries to fresh stir fried noodles. Our mission is to show the world that you can enjoy sustainable and ethical food without compromising on taste. 


Mama Vone, the Head Chef and Owner of Little Asia has been cooking crave-worthy meals for her family, friends and the many restaurants she’s worked for for over 30 years. 


Vone and her husband (Saeng, who you’ll often see running the front of the restaurant), escaped from communist Laos to a refugee camp in Thailand and eventually settled in Hamilton, ON. Although this is their first time owning and running their own business, they are passionate about serving and connecting with their customers and the community of Dundas through their food.

Civic Holiday

Little Asia will be closed on Monday, August 3rd for the Civic Holiday so our family can enjoy some well-deserved rest. 


Little Asia Summer Break - August 12th - September 7th - *Open on September 8th*

Family means everything to us. This year, we are closing our doors temporarily from August 12th to September 7th to travel  to Laos to spend some quality time with family back home.

We appreciate all our Little Asia lovers that have been supporting our small family business. Make sure to get your favorite meals in before we head out, and we can’t wait to welcome you back when we return on September 8th!
